When booking launches, customers will search by location, event date, and features; request the trailer and optional equipment they need; and receive confirmation after the owner approves.

For owners

Rent only when it works for you.

Owners control their calendars and set their own prices. Owners deliver and retrieve their equipment, document condition, and supply requested optional upgrades.

Proposed delivery pricing starts at $1 per mile each way, subject to a final clear policy covering all trip legs, minimum fees, and owner acceptance.

Booking, contracts, payment authorization, inspection records and dispute tools will be introduced in later phases.

We rent the bar. Not the bartender.

The Bar Trailer Exchange is not an alcohol seller or bartending service. Renters arrange any alcohol, staffing, permits, and event-specific legal compliance separately.
